A week later, the person increased an indirect substantial interest in the information business entity by acquisition of 100% corporate rights Information Space Development Fund PE.In March 2015, SCOTTWAY ASSOCIATES LTD. through the purchase of corporate rights of the private enterprise increased an indirect substantial interest in the information business entity by acquisition of 100% corporate rights Space Development Fund PE.SCOTTWAY ASSOCIATES LTD. acquired an indirect substantial interest in the information business entity by acquisition of 98% of corporate rights of Information Center for Attraction of Investments LLC.In March 2015, Anton Symonenko has become the ultimate beneficiary of the information business entity as a result of acquisition of 98% corporate rights of Information Center for Attraction of Investments LLC by SCOTTWAY ASSOCIATES LTD.

In an interview, CEO Lotashevskyi in 2013 claimed that the owner of the company is Derkach. Novoye Vremia in an article Expensive Russian Presenters and Dull Money.
