National Television Company of Ukraine (UA: Pershiy)
The broadcaster is in the process of reform. This is the first public service broadcaster in the country. Public TV is a joint stock company, where the State owns 100% of shares. Structure of the company contains the national radio broadcaster "Culture", 29 local television companies and the State Enterprise "Ukrtelefilm." It has a satellite broadcasting.
